Privacy Policy

Client data are stored in the greatest possible safety and processed in compliance with legislative requirements, on the basis of Clients’ expressed written consent or their consent made on the website www.humedinternational.eu. The operator of the website humedinternational.eu does their best to ensure that our Clients’ personal data should not be accessible to unauthorised users.

The Company shall not disclose, transmit or lend any Client data, names, telephone numbers or email addresses revealed to them to any third parties. The data shall be processed exclusively in the way specified in the declaration of consent of the person concerned and made accessible for the persons specified in the declaration exclusively.

Clients may at any time initiate the amendment or cancellation of their data by way of sending a declaration to our Company.

Our Clients’ data are kept secure; in their storage the Company acts in compliance with the provisions of Act XLVII of 1997 On the Processing and Protection of Health Care Data and Associated Personal Data; Act CXII of 2011 On Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information and Act VI of 1998 on the Publication of the Convention on the Protection of Individuals with Regard to Automatic Processing of Personal Data, adopted in Strasbourg on 28 January 1981.

The Human Health Assistance Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság (Company Registry No.: 01-09-195593; Seat: 1034 Budapest, Vályog utca 8. II/6.; hereinafter: Company) informs you that the legal basis of data processing is your personal voluntary data provision, i.e. the provision of data is not obligatory.

Based on authorisation by the Company, the staff of and persons having any work-performance related legal relationship with the following organisations may engage in data processing:

Beyond the data manager, the patient pathway/case manager authorised by our Company and the other persons and data processor authorised by Client by way of Client’s Declaration of Consent to the Processing of Personal Data, no other persons shall have access to the data. Client may at any time initiate amendments to or the cancellation of their data by way of a declaration sent to the data manager.

Declaration of Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

By accepting this Declaration I firmly and voluntarily give my express consent that Human Health Assistance Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság (Company Registry No.: 01-09-195593; Seat: 1034 Budapest, Vályog utca 8. II/6.; hereinafter: Company) may process my data specified below, in compliance with Article 5 (1) (a) of Act CXII of 2011 On Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information and Article 4 (3) of Act

XLVII of 1997 On the Processing and Protection of Health Care Data and Associated Personal Data, for the purposes specified below, until this Declaration of Consent to the Processing of Personal Data is withdrawn:

  • the acquisition and management of information required for making an offer in health services;
  • the sending of newsletters about health services;
  • health condition assessment, consultation and diagnosing required for the preparation of health services;
  • the implementation of the contract on the sale of health services signed between us,
  • further contact, opinion request, information;
  • the payment for the health services I use by an insurance company;
  • the facilitation of the preservation, improvement or maintenance of my health;
  • the facilitation of my successful treatment and post-treatment (including health care supervisory activity);
  • the monitoring of my health condition and the storing of related data electronically or in other ways;
  • the performance of statistical analyses;
  • patient pathway administration;
  • the evaluation and development of the health services used by me and the regular revision and development of the evaluation criteria of these health services. 

My above declaration of consent covers the processing of the following data:

1. healthcare data:

Any data about my body, mental or psychological condition, potential pathological addictions and the circumstances of my illness communicated by me or by other persons about me, or data noted, examined, measured, displayed or derived by the healthcare provision network; as well as any data that may be related to and influence the former (e.g. behaviour, environment, employment).

2. personal identification data:

My family name and first name; maiden name/birth name; gender, place and date of birth, my mother’s maiden name (family and first names); my place of residence; place of stay; social insurance identification number – all of these together or any of these if suitable for the identification of the person.                

3. medical secrets:

Healthcare and personal identification data revealed to the Company in the course of my treatment as well as any other data related to my necessary, ongoing or completed treatment or discovered in relation to this treatment.

4. Other data

My e-mail address and telephone number.

Company is authorised to forward the above data for the above purposes to the persons below:

  • any member of the personnel of Uzsoki Hospital (1145 Budapest, Uzsoki u. 29-41.);
  • the patient pathway managers employed by Company;
  • a lawyer, law firm or other representative appointed by the Company- in particular in order to ensure the remuneration of the healthcare service used;
  • the insurance companies that I have a contractual relationship with.

By signing this Declaration and in compliance with Act XLVII of 1997 On the Processing and Protection of Health Care Data and Associated Personal Data, I give my consent that the Patient Pathway Manager employed by the Company and to be specified in their Offer made for me may be present at the treatments I receive and that the health service provider may give comprehensive information on my treatment and health condition to the Company and the Patient Pathway Manager.
